Privacy Policy
Last updated 25 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Uinspo Pty Ltd (ABN 47 664 833 872, ACN 664 833 872), an Australian company based in Melbourne, Victoria, operating under the registered business name SenlyAI (“Senly”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information when you use Senly Sign, our electronic-signature service. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Who this policy covers
It covers two groups: account holders (businesses and people who create an account to send documents) and signers (people who receive a link to sign a document without creating an account). Where practices differ, we say so.
Information we collect
From account holders
- Your name, business name, and email address.
- Authentication data (we use email one-time codes; we do not store passwords).
- Business profile and branding you choose to add, such as a logo and sender name.
- Billing information — your plan, credit balances, and a record of charges. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
From signers
- Your name and email address, provided by the account holder who invited you.
- The information you enter into a document and your electronic signature.
- Signing metadata for the audit trail: timestamps, IP address, and browser user agent.
Documents
We process the documents you upload or sign in order to provide the service — to place fields, deliver them to signers, flatten and seal the final PDF, and store the result for you and the other parties.
How we use information
- To provide the service: preparing, sending, signing, sealing and storing documents.
- To send transactional email (invitations, reminders, and completion notices).
- To maintain a tamper-evident audit trail and to let anyone verify a sealed document.
- To process payments, manage credits, and issue tax invoices.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
Signer name and email are encrypted at rest. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your documents to train machine-learning models.
How information is stored and protected
Documents, signer details and the audit trail are stored in a managed database and object storage hosted in Australia (Sydney). Personal information is encrypted in transit and at rest; signer contact details use application-level encryption. Completed documents are sealed with a cryptographic signature so any later change is detectable, and access is controlled and logged.
Service providers (sub-processors)
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the service. Each processes only what is needed for its function:
- Supabase — database, authentication and document storage (Sydney).
- Amazon Web Services (KMS) — the cryptographic sealing key (Sydney).
- Resend — delivery of transactional email (processing may occur overseas, including the United States and Europe).
- Stripe — payment processing (processing may occur overseas, including the United States).
- Fly.io and Vercel — application hosting.
Overseas disclosure
Your document content and audit records are held in Australia. However, some providers above (notably email and payments) may process limited personal information — such as an email address or billing details — overseas. By using the service you consent to these overseas disclosures for those purposes.
Retention
We retain completed documents and their audit trail for as long as your account is active, so that you and the other parties can access the sealed record. You can request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to any legal obligation we have to retain certain records. Signers may request a copy of, or the deletion of, the personal information held about them in a specific document.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act you may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. To make a request, or to raise a privacy concern, contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to keep you signed in and to run the application. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders.
