Terms of Service

Last updated 25 August 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of Senly Sign (the “Service”), operated by Uinspo Pty Ltd (ABN 47 664 833 872, ACN 664 833 872), an Australian company operating under the registered business name SenlyAI (“Senly”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

The Service

Senly Sign lets you upload documents, place fields, send them for electronic signature, and receive a sealed, audit-ready copy. Signers can sign via a personal link without creating an account.

Accounts and security

  • You must provide accurate account details and keep your sign-in secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully or abusively.

Electronic signatures and legal effect

The Service is designed to help you create electronic signatures that are valid under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and its state and territory equivalents. You are responsible for ensuring that electronic signing is appropriate for your document and jurisdiction. Some documents (for example wills, certain powers of attorney, and some land dealings) may require wet-ink signing or witnessing. The Service does not provide legal advice, and nothing in it is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload unlawful content, or content you are not authorised to send for signing.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent who is sending or signing a document.
  • Send unsolicited or abusive messages, or attempt to farm free allowances.
  • Interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass the security of the Service.

Pricing and billing

  • New accounts receive 100 free envelopes to start, plus a recurring monthly free allowance. Free allowances are per business and may expire.
  • Beyond your free allowance you can pay per envelope (pay-as-you-go) or buy a bundle of credits. An annual plan includes a larger monthly allowance.
  • An envelope is a single send, however many documents or signers it contains — one charge per send.
  • You are charged when you send an envelope, not when you create a draft. Team members and signers are always free.
  • Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which is added where applicable. Purchased bundle credits do not expire.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider. Charges for consumed envelopes and subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, seal, deliver and store them so we can provide the Service. We do not use your documents for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, or remove features, and we may change these Terms; when we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the Service or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms. On termination you may request an export of your sealed documents, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
